SAFETY GUIDELINES

Ø Do not feed or tease animals.

Ø Do not cross the electric fencing of the national park.

Ø Do not roam outside the resort after 7 PM

Ø Do not roam outside the room after 10 PM.

Ø Do not talk loudly / make noise which might disturb/attract the wildlife.

Ø Do not disturb the tranquility of the place.

Ø Amplified music is not permitted in the resorts adjacent to Manas National Park.

Ø There will be limited light in the resort after 9PM as it might disturb/attract wildlife.

Ø Pets are not allowed in the resort.

Ø Smoking is allowed only in designated areas only.

Ø Outside food is not allowed (Please don't bring any kind of packed food or drink)

Ø Do not litter, be it on the resort or any area near the national park.

Ø Switch off lights, fans, geysers and close water taps when not in use.

Ø Please do park vehicles only in designated areas.

Ø Check-in time - 01:00 PM

Ø Check-out time - 10:30 AM

Ø Breakfast timings- 8AM to 10AM

Ø Dinner timings- 08:00 PM to 09:00 PM

Ø Bonfire timings- 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM

Ø Resort authority is not responsible for any factor which is natural or man-made (Any act of God) which is beyond control.

EAGLE NEST ECO RETREAT RULES

Ø Total room rent is payable in advance in order to confirm the bookings.

Ø Booking can be cancelled till 72 Hrs(3 Days) before check-in. (Payment gateway charges of 5% (+gst) shall be applicable in case of cancellation)

Ø Check-in time is 1 pm Check-out time is 10.30 am. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability and with applicable charges.

Ø Locals and Unmarried / Unrelated couples are not allowed to check in. This is at full discretion of the Resort policy. No refund would be applicable in case the Resort denies check-in under such circumstances.

Ø As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.

Ø Bills must be settled on presentation.

Ø Return the room key card when leaving the room. Rs 1000/- is chargeable in case of loss and damage of the key card.

Ø Removing items including furniture from rooms or moving them to other places is prohibited.

Ø An extra mattress can be provided if space permits for Rs. 1000/- .

Ø Breakfast timings 8 AM to 10 AM. Dinner Timings 8 PM to 9 PM

Ø Smoking and Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Ø Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms.

Ø Close all water taps, turn off the lights, turn off the television, and close windows when leaving the room. Keep the rooms clean. Use dustbins.

Ø Do not disturb other guests, such as singing loudly, or any other noisy actions, etc.

Ø Hanging of any items in guest room windows/veranda that might ruin the beauty of resort appearance is prohibited.

Ø Outside food is not allowed (Please don't bring any kind of packed food or drink)

Ø Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Ø Loud music, roaming around the prohibited areas of the National Park is strictly prohibited.

Ø The Management will not be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings.

Ø By confirming the booking you have accepted to follow the above terms and conditions.

Ø THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
